OC Wines is a family-owned garage vineyard, one of a kind.
Our goal is to produce sparklers of the highest quality, capable of competing with the best worldwide, made in small volumes fusing cutting-edge technology with old artisanal methods. To achieve this we must maximize the Chilean ‘‘ terroir ’and we have chosen the Casablanca Valley as the ideal place.
We want to be a vineyard specialized exclusively in sparkling wines, transmit our passion for this type of wines and thus enchant and seduce with our bubbles.
The project includes a small field in Las Dichas, a sector with the greatest coastal influence in the Casablanca Valley, where we will plant varieties destined to produce sparkling wines and a winery designed for the same purpose.
The young and talented winemaker Ornella Pastene, with experience in Chile and abroad, is responsible for capturing this project that will undoubtedly speak for the personality of her wines.
