Andean Woman, Wines and Foaming, was born in 2011 by the Chilean winemaker, Andrea Jure. From the subtlety of his name, Andi, the brand that identifies it is created. The majesty of the Andes Mountains is the framework for this working woman, mother and passionate about wine, to develop innovative and quality products, under an organic philosophy and sustainable with the environment.
Andi with new ideas of organic production. Motivated by innovation, it united concepts, and this is how LEVITA BRUT ROSE 2012 was born, the first project of Andean Woman: a sparkling Syrah rosé from the Maipo Valley, whose biggest difference with what exists in the market is that it is an elaborate product With a classic ink strain, vinified at low temperature, like a white wine, to maintain its freshness and aromas. In addition, Levita is one of the few sparkling wines made with 100% organic grapes and with the "Champenoise" or traditional method.
The second Andean Woman project is Ai!, A sparkling wine that was born in 2014, made with the classic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir strains and with the “Charmat” method. The philosophy of this new line is to use grapes that come from different wine valleys in Chile. For this first version, Biobío was chosen, whose wonderful qualities of cold weather provide freshness to grapes that are still rarely used in sparkling wines, which will be reflected in Ai!, A wine with an innovative and distinctive look.
Andean woman, always on the path of innovation, developed her third project from the 2015 vintage: a reserve quality red assembly, made with Carménère and Syrah, and with 100% organic grapes from Alto Maipo. His name, "Gallos de Pelea", refers to both the typical cockfights in Chile, as well as the fierce, struggling and industrious personality of Chileans.
